Training Courses (GIS with QGIS)

In addition to participating in (and supporting the) Departmental Teaching and Research activities, the Laboratory organizes and manages training courses dedicated to Geographic Information Systems (G.I.S.) by using an open sopurce software, QGIS. The courses are specially designed for schools and universities, manufacturing activities and service companies, local authorities and so on. External training, offered for a fee, is organized in consultation with the client and can be delivered (in person or remotely) by dedicated courses, either "introductory" or "short" (12-15 hours) or "extended" (max. 40 hours).
